The
inauguration and consecration of
the Residence El Convento was
celebrated by the Catholic Church of Costa
Rica in the person of His
Excellency Monsignor Vittorino Girardi Stellin,
Archbishop of Tilaran on 3 February 2005
in Samara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica .

The paintings in the Chapel of San Benedetto,
showing the reproduction of Leonardo da
Vinci's Last Supper and the fresco on the
Convent walls entitled "How much
is a bottle of water worth in the desert?
How much is a hundredweight of diamonds
worth in the desert?" are by the
painter Don Carlos Robledo.
The painting reproducing the image of the
Madonna of Guadalupe is the work of the
artist Arturo Perez.
The frescoes based on biblical passages
decorating the walls of the Convent are
by the painters Don Carlos Robledo and Arturo
Perez.
The construction and restoration of the
Convent was undertaken with the collaboration
of the workers Lusbin Orias, Franklin Zuñiga,
Luis Villalobos.
The photos and video of the El Convento
Residence have been produced with the collaboration
of Eduardo A. Chongkan Líos.
